What a cold day! I wore about 10 layers doing this walk, it felt like a winter wonderland!
Hevingham woods is a Forestry England site, with lots of different trails for you to explore giving you the opportunity to make your own walk.
It is a medieval woodland, which was potentially used as a deer park in the past. It’s a very quiet area with lots of wildlife, we spotted some bunnies today! Half way around you will find an old scrape years with some very old items (great for exploring and maybe even a history lesson).
There is a very small car park.
