I made the most of the sunshine this morning and visited Poringland Wood. It’s a beautiful circular walk through the trees, and halfway through I came across an opening which was beautifully hit by the sunshine. There is a small entrance and car park by Framingham Earl School, which is a quite easy to miss so look out for it. There are 23 fairy doors to find within the woods and a rope swing to keep little ones busy. Also if you are a fan of Geocaching , this is a south Norfolk cache trail site. There are benches throughout the walk for you to take it all in.
