After my walk at Blakeney nature reserve, I also explored the north Norfolk coastal village of Blakeney. It is an Area of Outstanding Beauty and a village full of history!
Blakeney mill is a grade 2 listed building. It was historically a commercial sea port. Blakeney is home to the church of St Nichola with 2 towers, the smallest tower was built in order to guide boats to Blakeney harbour. The guide hall dates back to the 14th century. A truly beautiful place for all the family.
