Hidden between busy Chapelfield road and the Norwich Theatre Royal. If you are walking to/from the city centre, it is a lovely natural space to walk through or sit down, there is also a cafe/restaurant within the park. During the summer there are a range of events within Chapelfield Gardens, such as Laugh in The Park Comedy Festival and the Norfolk and Norwich Festival. It is also the last stop on the Pride parade! It is the earliest surviving ornamental public open space in Norwich. There is a cafe opposite the band stand, and also a restaurant opposite the play area called Harrys.
